All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged items: I only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact me on my email at prettycharmsbymia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order

To be eligible for a replacement: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of damage must be provided photos or video.
A replacement request must be submitted within the specified time frame.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, I will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Please contact me by email with First and Last name, order number, a description of the damage and a clear photo or video.

Shipped to wrong address: I will be shipping your items to the address you have input meaning if the item is delivered to the wrong address I am no longer responsible for your item. If your package gets sent back to me due to incorrect address input, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it back to the correct address. I 100% understand that there could be a typo after ordering BUT please contact me on my email IMMEDIATELY (within 24hrs) after realizing the typo and I will go ahead and take care of the rest. I am not responsible for your item getting delivered to the wrong address, whatever address you input is the address your package is going to be sent to.

Once your order is shipped and leaves my work place I am no longer responsible for your package, if the statues on your packages says delivered but you have not received please contact USPS.

When coming to the end of your purchase please make sure to read through all your information that it ask for and make sure it is all inputted correctly so we can avoid any delays or returns. By completing your purchase you agree and understand with all.
